Price and Booking Policy

Pricing, Booking and Make-up Policy

5 Classes Package	600 AED (Baby Sensory, Toddler Sense) 450 AED (Mini Professors, Messy Play)	Package valid for 6 weeks. Flexibility to reschedule pre-booked sessions an unlimited number of times, within the 6 weeks.
10 Classes Package	1000 AED (Baby Sensory, Toddler Sense) 800 AED (Mini Professors, Messy Play)	Package valid for 12 weeks. Flexibility to reschedule pre-booked sessions an unlimited number of times, within the 12 weeks.
15 Classes Package	1350 AED (Baby Sensory, Toddler Sense)	Package valid for 17 weeks. Flexibility to reschedule pre-booked sessions an unlimited number of times, within the 12 weeks.

For bookings, please contact our lovely Jocelyn on whatsapp: 0551126895. Classes need to be scheduled when buying the package. Flexibility given to reschedule pre-booked classes with 24 hours prior notice (shorter in case of medical emergency).

Fees paid are non-refundable.

Join us consistently, we suggest at least once per week in the same class, to make sure your child benefits most and you both make new friends!

General terms and conditions

Booking & payment: Select the exact classes you plan to attend at the moment of booking. (Working on a roster basis? Contact us to discuss how to book a flexible schedule).

Fees are due before classes, fees paid are non-refundable, missed sessions cannot be reimbursed. In the event that Smart Start (Baby Sensory UAE) cancels a class, you’ll been entitled to a make-over session, unless the cancellation is due to extreme weather conditions, lockdowns or other extreme circumstances that can’t be controlled and influenced by us.

Missed sessions: 24hr prior notice for rescheduling pre-booked sessions (shorter in case of emergency with doctor note). Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered attended.

Class Participation Rules:

Adults must wear SOCKS. If you do not bring socks along, you have the possibility to purchase a pair for AED5.

Attending adults must accept full responsibility for the safety of their children during the sessions.

Reduce phone usage, pictures and movies during classes; flash not allowed; make sure you capture only your child unless consent has been given by other parents. Filming of the class leader and activities is not permitted due to property rights protection rules.

Siblings who are not within the age-range of the class are not permitted to attend, due to our health and safety reasons and insurance limitations.

Babies and toddlers can move up/ down between programs or change classes within the same program during the term.

Occasionally our team may take pictures and videos during the classes, in order to promote our activities on social or printed media. Please do let us know if you do not agree to your child being captured in these.
